  • Monday Morning Antidote: Mocha 2.0

    You may or may not have picked up on the fact that Katie and I LEEERRRRRRVVEEEE mochas. It's chocolate, milk, and espresso... what's not to love? On this particular morning, I served up a new and EVEN MORE FUN way to enjoy this fine beverage (iced 'cause LA) with Kate in her lovely apartment. 

    You'll need:

    • Mocha (you can mix brewed coffee with milk and chocolate if you don't happen to have espresso on hand). 
    • Whipped cream
    • Colorful sprinkles
    • Chocolate chips

    Start by melting the chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 minute, stir, then 1 more minute. Dip the glass in the melted chocolate and give it a little swirl to coat it nicely. Gently take it out and sprinkle on some well... sprinkles. Place them in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to get nice and chill. 

    Add ice, then MOCHA. Top it off with a lot of whipped cream, and sprinkle some chocolate chips on top. ENJOY.
